Methodology
Comparing the selected (by the user) time period to the one preceding it and calculating the percentage volume and price change between the two.
Historical overview of the percentage price change (based on the previous year) for each price range of all properties within the user’s search criteria
Average Price
is the mean price of all Properties within the user’s search criteria
Current Average Price
is the mean price of all Properties within the user’s search criteria in the last 12 months (excluding the current month)
Properties
is the number of properties within the user’s search criteria Price Change is the difference in price between the Average Price and the Current Average Price
Price Change
is the difference in price between the Average Price and the Current Average Price
Historical overview of the average price per sqm of each property type
