Average Price is the mean price of all Properties within the user’s search criteria
Current Average Price is the mean price of all Properties within the user’s search criteria in the last 12 months (excluding the current month)
Properties is the number of properties within the user’s search criteria Price Change is the difference in price between the Average Price and the Current Average Price
